What you can expect

Your responsibilities include:

  • Execute market research & competitive analyses and consolidate analysis results
  • Independently process defined project tasks and assist with the development of strategic recommendations
  • Work with project teams to develop client deliverables – e.g., top management presentations or messaging frameworks
  • Support general client management and communication and develop trustful client relationships
  • Support administrative tasks – e.g., preparation and implementation of workshops

What you bring

You are passionate about transformation, brand, and communication topics and are eager to contribute to a motivated, dynamic team. Ideally, your qualifications and experience include:
  • M.A. / M.Sc. in Management, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or any other relevant field
  • More than one year of relevant work experience – international experience is a plus
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English – verbal and in writing
  • Very high degree of initiative, teamwork, and responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills, high attention to detail
  • Significant experience with MS Office
